Kettenspanner mit Stift,
Schraubendreher ö.ä. festsetzen.

Kette öffnen, dazu weiße Kappe und
Kettenschloss entfernen.

Kette kürzen, dazu erforderliche
Anzahl Kettenglieder mit dem
Kettendemontagewerkzeug
8 981 010 511 entfernen.

Kettenenden am Spannrad
zusammenführen und mit
Kettenschloss verschließen. Weiße
Kappe aufclipsen.

Kettenspannerfi xierung lösen,
Kettenspannung prüfen.
10 Kette durchdrehen und im Bereich
der Rückenbiegung ölen mit
2 ... 3 g Öl/m Kette (z.B. Structovis
GHD von Fa. Klüber) ("Y", Fig. 20).
11 Vordere Schutzkastenhälfte
montieren.
12 Getriebemotor auf Kupplung
stecken (dabei nicht verkan
ten), Gewindebolzen der vier
Sechskantschrauben M6x18 in
Gewindelöchern M6 des Getriebes
mit Sechskantschlüssel SW10
befestigen (Anzugsdrehmoment
20 Nm).

Loosen four M6x18 hex screws
(SW10) of the gear motor mounting
at the fl ange.

Remove gear motor from hex shaft.

Remove front half of protective
housing.

Position master link at tension wheel
in chain tensioner by rotating the
hexagonal coupling (recognizable
by white cap).

Fix chain tensioner with pin,
screwdriver or a similar device.

Open chain, to do so, remove white
cap and master link.

Shorten chain, to do so, remove
required number of chain links with
chain dismantling tool

Bring ends of chain together at the
tension wheel and close with master
link. Clip on white cap.

Loosen chain tensioner fi xing device
and check chain tension.
10 Rotate chain through and lubricate
with 2 to 3 g oil/m chain (e.g.
Structovis GHD by Klüber) in the
rear bend area ("Y", Fig. 20).
11 Mount front half of protective
housing.
12 Place the gear motor on the shaft
(do not tilt) and fasten the threaded
bolts of the four M6x18 hex screws
in the M6 threaded holes of the
gear using an SW10 hex wrench
(tightening torque 20 Nm).
