thermostats.
1.7.3.1
Minimum thermostat
Setpoint: 30°C.
GSE
The minimum thermostat turns the fan(s) on after a
certain heating up time . Also this thermostat provides
an after ventilation to transport the latent heat of the
GSE-O
heat exchanger.

Maximum thermostat
Setpoint: see table
GSE
The maximum thermostat must shut off the gas
supply at a rising temperature. The fan(s) keep on
running untill the temperature is below the setpoint
GSE-O
again.
1.7.3.3
Leak Safe thermostat
A safety thermostat is a thermostat with a setting
which is fixed at a higher value than the maximum
GSE
thermostat.
In case of failure of the maximum thermostat and
overheating of the unit, this thermostat shuts the unit
GSE-O
down.
When the reason for the failure is eliminated the ther-
mostat must be released, after which the unit is auto-
matically re-started (if heating is required at that
moment).
Set point: 110°C.
1.7.3.4
Air-pressure switch
The differential pressure switch serves to check the
transport of the combustion gases. If no or insufficient
GSE
combustion-gas transport is detected, the feed to the
gas control is interrupted.
Adjustment:
The adjusting screw has been sealed at the factory
and may only be adjusted in cases of absolute necess-
ity by a certified service engineer.

C/D Die Geräten 66/98 haben zwei
Maximalthermostate.
Minimalthermostat
Einstellwert: 30°C.
Das Minimalthermostat schaltet nach einen bestimm-
ten Anheizzeit den Ventilatoren ein. Auch sorgt das
Minimalthermostat für einen Nachlauf der
Ventilator(en) damit alle anwesende Wärme der
Wärmetauscher abgeführt wird.
Maximalthermostat
Einstellwert: siehe Tabelle.
Das Maximalthermostat schaltet die Brenner beim
eingestellten Wert ab.
Die Ventilatoren bleiben in Betrieb; nach Abkühlung
unter dem eingestellten Wert gehen die Brenner
wieder in Betrieb (takten).
Sicherheitsthermostat
Ein Sicherheitsthermostat ist ein Thermostat mit
fester Einstellung höher als das Maximalregelther-
mostat.
Bei Versagen des Maximalregelthermostates und
überhitzen vom Gerät schaltet dieses Thermostat das
Gerät ab.
Nach Aufhebung der Störungsursache muß das
Thermostat eintriegelt werden, damit das Gerät
automatisch wieder in Betrieb kommt. (Indem Wärme
gefordert wird)
Einstellwert: 110°C.
Luftdruckschalter
Der Luftdruckdifferenzschalter kontrolliert den einwand-
freien Transport der Verbrennungsgase im Gerät. Wenn
kein oder unzureichender Transport von
Verbrennungsgasen festgestellt wird, schließt die
Gasregelkombination und die Gaszufuhr wird unter-
brochen. Das Gerät geht auf Störung.
Einstellung:
Die Einstellschraube ist werksseitig versiegelt und darf
nur im äußersten Notfall von einem fachkundigen
Monteur nachgestellt werden.
