ANTICALC SYSTEM
The CVG is fitted with an innovative anticalc system consisting of a resin filter, which retains
the limy substances in the water, preventing these from reaching the steam chamber in the
soleplate and thereby extending the life of your CVG. The existence of this anticalc system
does not mean you can ignore the advice on water hardness mentioned in the "BEFORE
STARTING TO IRON" section.

If the appliance were to run out of water completely with the steam selector activated,
you would hear a strange noise from the micro-pump. Switch off the steam selector to
prevent any damage to the system.
