Use the arrow keys and then the alphanumeric keypad to
edit a telephone number or name. Conclude this proce-
dure by pressing the OK key.
You can reach the menu »Phone Book« in the manner
describer above, or by pressing the OK key and then the
arrow keys (3x right).
Setting the Volume
You can adjust the volume of the speaker individually du-
ring a call using the two separate keys on the top of the
handset.
The top key increases the volume.
The bottom key decreases the volume.
The set volume is indicated by a bar diagram. The bigger
the bar, the higher the volume for the speaker. The volu-
me is reset to the default setting given under the menu
item »Profil« on conclusion of the call.
Muting
You can temporarily mute the microphone during a call.
Press OK.

The microphone is re-activated by pressing the OK key
again.
Headset
A jack for connecting a headset is located at the bottom
of the handset. The built-in microphone and the speaker
are then deactivated automatically.
