Recommendations on dehydration:
1. Deep trays can be used to prepare products that need
to be cut in big pieces. For example, meat for jerky or
watermelon.
2. For a fast drying of the ingredients, set the maximum
temperature. To preserve useful properties of the ingredi-
ents set the temperature below 45ºC.
3. Use meshes to dry small ingredients.
Recommendations for fermentations:
1. Use fermentation containers only with trays 4,6 cm high.
Suitable for fermentation and for germinating cereals.
2. Use room temperature milk.
3. To prepare yogurts and dairy products use only
fresh and qualitative ingredients.
4. To prepare yogurt use only special dry leaven or buy a
simple additive-free yogurt.
5. When placing ingredients consider that the volume will
increase during preparation.

Preparation
1L of sterilized, pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized
and heat-treated milk of any fat content mix with
125g of prepared yogurt, pour into a container
and place into the trays.
1L of 10% fat cream mix with leaven, pour into a
container and place into the trays.
Vaporization (optimal temperature 60
Squeeze juice or puree. Pour on a special sub-
strate, spread a thin layer and place in the trays.
Cause
• No power supply.
• Required temperature isn't set.
• Motor stopped.
• Trays are filled, or are installed
incorrectly or are damaged.
• Perhaps filter is clogged.

• Unplug the device.
• Wash trays and mesh in warm water with detergents.
Wipe dry everything. They can't be washed in a
dishwasher.
• Filter can be washed in warm water without deter-
gents. After washing dry the filter.
• Wipe dry the device inside and outside with a
damp cloth. Never immerse it into the water
because of the danger of electric shock.
• Thoroughly dry all the parts.
Regularly check the filter. A clogged filter re-
duces the flow of air in the device and reduces
drying efficiency.
Solution
• Check the outlet, if it is active contact the service center.
• Set the temperature. If the problem remains contact
service center.
• Immediately turn off the device and remove pieces of food
that could have stuck in the motor. To do this, turn the
base of the dehydrator and shake it several times. If the
fan does not turn on, contact a service center. If liquids
are spilled into the base of the dehydrator, unplug the
device and contact a service center to replace the motor
unit.
• Unload the trays, check if they are installed correctly,
replace damaged once with new. If there are 4 trays
installed change them in the process of dehydration.
• Replace the filter.
